Choosing a plan

Which plan should you choose?

Free

Fine for testing with one or two people. Limited boards and no automations, so most teams outgrow it in weeks.

Basic

Suits a single team that needs shared boards and a dashboard, without automations or integrations.

Standard

The right plan for most Australian teams we work with: timeline and Gantt views, automations, integrations and guest access.

Pro

When several teams share one account, need private boards, time tracking or higher automation limits.

Not-for-profits can apply for monday.com's discounted nonprofit plans, and Quirk offers a 20% discount on our services for not-for-profits.

Licences versus setup

The licence is the smaller cost. Getting it right is the bigger one.

Most monday.com accounts that disappoint were set up quickly and never redesigned: too many boards, duplicated automations and AI credits spent on work a simple automation could do.

  • Health Check: A$2,500 + GST to review an existing account and give you a prioritised fix list.
  • Work Management packages: fixed-price builds from A$4,000 + GST.
  • Support Pack: 10 hours for A$1,000 + GST, valid for six months.
